Jobs

Steve Jobs speech

我想,這就如賈柏斯所提到的”we can’t looking forwards, but only looking backwards.”。

 1.connecting the dots

Again, you can’t connect the dot looking forwards, you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect your future. You have to trust in something, your gut, destiny, life, karma…whatever. Because believe in the dot connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well-worn path and that would make all the difference.

2.love and loss

It was an awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patients needed it.

Sometimes life’s gonna hit you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith.

I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did.

You’ve got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers.

As with all matters of hearts, you’ll know when you find it.

Keep looking, don’t settle.

3.death

If you live each day as if it was your last, someday, you’ll most certainly be right.

It clears up the old to make way for the new.

Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.

Most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Stay hungry. Stay foolish.
